Due to the nature of our products (spiritual), we are unable to accept returns. We do not want to encounter any unfavorable energies that you might have encountered with the product. If you aren’t happy, or satisfied, we will work with you towards a solution for your issue. By using any service or product, you agree that you are using the service and product at your own risk.
Due to the nature of how magic works, results can not be guaranteed. Although there are well-documented uses of herbs in folklore, products sold through the Art of The Root website are sold as curios only. Art of the Root is not responsible for any given outcome or result. The Art of the Root products are not a substitute for professional medical care. Shipment Issues
Please note that shipping time frames can vary due to weather, holidays, and human error. We will work with you regarding undelivered, stolen products. However, you bear the burden of proof. All items come with tracking, if you would like further insurance please let me know prior to ordering and it will be arranged for you at an additional cost.
